Accommodations
In the
tradition of a New England Colonial Country Inn, our guest rooms vary
considerably in their shape, size and personalities. They all have a
private bathroom that is located in the guestroom, with telephones,
thermostat control for heat and A/C and a stuffed animal to greet you
upon arrival. These 20 guestrooms and suites are located on the 2nd and
3rd floors of the Inn and are housed in one building. The entire first
floor offers 3 distinctive sitting rooms representing over 1500 square
feet of common space. Each sitting room is furnished with upholstered
couches and chairs to further the art of conversation. And during the
winter months, everyone gravitates to a fireplace that is in each
sitting room.
Just off these
common rooms is our restaurant where we offer exceptional food, an
award winning wine list and live jazz for our dinner guests on
Thursdays and Saturdays. As in the common rooms, the restaurant has 2 fireplaces,
one in the dining room and one in the tavern. For those of you who like
outdoor dining, the front porch is a wonderful place to relax in the
summer.
